Allen Infrastructure Solutions began with a simple belief: Every community deserves dependable, honest, and practical support for the infrastructure that keeps its city running. After more than four decades serving the public, Gerald Allen saw firsthand how many smaller municipalities struggle, not because they lack commitment or pride, but because they lack the staffing, expertise, and resources of larger cities.
Gerald spent 38 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, working on the nation’s most critical water, sewer, and civil infrastructure projects. He learned the value of precision, integrity, and public service. After transitioning to municipal sewer work, he witnessed another side of the industry: cities doing their best with limited personnel, complex regulations, and constant pressure to keep systems functioning.
Time and again, Gerald saw the same problem:
